Clothes dryers, flat TVs added to recycling law (The Japan Times)
A government ordinance approved Tuesday will add clothes dryers and liquid crystal and plasma flat TVs to the list of appliances that manufacturers are legally obliged to recycle. The ordinance under the electrical appliance recycling law will take effect April 1. Man charged with five house break-ins (Brampton Guardian)
